How to Shop Online and Delivery Policy on MicroSigx E-Shop

1. How to shop and place an order online?
1.1. Login MicroSigX E-Shop
1.2. Search your favourite products
1.3. Click “Add to cart” to add the item to your shopping cart
1.4. Click “Check Out” on shopping cart when you finish shopping
1.5. Select a shipping method: “Ship to your address” or “Pick up at EF Lockers, S.F. Express stores, etc“, select or enter your delivery address and select a payment method
1.6. Confirm the order, make the payment, and the transaction will be completed. The system will display a screen saying 'Your order has been confirmed.


2. Tips on selecting products you want
2.1. “All Product” - You can view all products on the main page, or search for the products you need in the "Products" tab.
2.2. “Product search” – to search a specific product, type the product name, its brand name or a relevant keyword in the search box located at the top and click , the search results will be displayed.


3. Tips on adding a product to shopping basket?
Two ways to add to Shopping cart
3.1.1. Click “Add to Cart” located under the item you want to buy
3.1.2. Click the product, chose the number of product you want to purchase


4. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, the system will display a screen saying 'Your order has been confirmed. Also, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can also click "Personal Information > Order History" to view your order details.

MicroSigX E-Shop Delivery Policy

1. Coverage
All delivery arrangements are subject to Terms and Conditions.
Our products can be delivered to most of the commercial, industrial and residential areas in Hong Kong and Macau, such as:

1.1. Hong Kong and Macau (through SF Express);
1.1.1. Direct Delivery to Office / Home;
1.1.2. Pick up at EF Lockers, S.F. Express stores, etc.

1.2. The following places are not accepted as delivery addresses:
(a) post office box addresses
(b) certain restricted areas, for example, those that require special permits;
(c) wharf, airport, logistics company / logistics center / logistics warehouse, bonded area or customs supervision area;
(d) remote areas which are not accessible by vehicles; and
(e) Restricted areas as specified from time to time by third party courier providers
(For (a)-(e), collectively, “restricted delivery areas”)

1.3. Whilst we will try to inform you whether your delivery address falls within a delivery restricted area at the time of checkout, you acknowledge and agree that we may not be able to do so. You are also responsible for informing us, when prompted, to disclose relevant particulars of your delivery address accurately. If upon verification, the delivery location is within a delivery restricted area, we reserve the right to refuse delivery at any time at our sole discretion.

1.4. Only one shipping address will be accepted for each order.


2. Delivery Charge

2.1. Free delivery in Hong Kong and Macau
2.2. Free shipping does not include additional costs incurred due to clauses 5.2 to 5.10 of the Terms and Conditions.
2.3. A third-party courier provider may have additional service charges for specific delivery addresses, please contact the third-party courier provider for details.


3. Delivery Time

3.1. Except for the reasons stated in clause 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions and other exceptional circumstances, we will process the order on the next working day after receiving the order.

3.2. Normally, you can receive the orders within 1 week when your order is accepted, payment is confirmed and you received " Order Confirmation" email. However, delivery service in Sunday and Public Holiday will be suspended and postponed to the next working day. Delivery time may be affected by seasonal holidays (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter) or in the situation of overwhelming order. Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

3.3. Some pickup points may have an inventory limit. In case of inventory full, the arrival time may be delayed. For inquiries, please contact the third-party courier provider directly.


4. Logistics and tracking

4.1. After the order is packaged and delivery is arranged, the customer will receive an email notification. The email contains order information and package tracking number. If necessary, please contact the third-party courier provider to track the delivery.

4.2. After the order is arranged for delivery, if the customer has any special logistics requirements, the customer is required to contact the third-party courier provider directly and may need to bear additional costs.

5. We reserve the right to terminate or vary the above arrangements from time to time without providing any prior notification. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
